Murieann catches up with New York indie king Darwin Deez who played Red Bull Academy at Oxegen 2010 on Friday.
Darwin Deez is famed for his dance moves on stage that add to his quirky persona. His self-titled album was released this year, with songs such as ‘Bad Day’ which includes the insult: : “I hope that the last page of your 800 page novel is missing / I hope that it rains if you leave the window down on your red Mustang”.
Darwin & Muireann chatted about playing in Ireland, drinking in Ireland, the Elements… and of course, rain.
